Inspection Fee's

Please call for a quote and or to order a home inspection: Payment is made at time of inspection either by check, cash, bank check, money order. If unable to attend the inspection or wish to pay by credit card - I do accept credit card payment on line only. I would have to send you an invoice through the processing company that I use, there is a fee for credit card use. I do not collect this fee - this is paid to processing company. My fee’s vary according to square footage of the home. This varies from 400.00 to 600.00 Homes over 4000 Sqft. I charge .30 per square foot on top of my regular fee of 600.00

I offer a 50.00 discount to U.S. Military (active, inactive, retired), Law Enforcement and Fire.
